This space is prepared exclusively for you
from 5:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.

Within this reserved time,
we invite you to enjoy every moment fully

and at your own pace.

As we look forward to your arrival,
your access code will be automatically sent to your registered mobile number and email
30 minutes before check-in.

Simply enter the code provided in the message,
and you may enter quietly and comfortably
through self check-in.

🌙 Stay Pricing Information

$800 for up to 4 guests

$200 refundable security deposit

The security deposit represents mutual trust in caring for the space.
After check-out, it will be returned according to the stated guidelines following a brief inspection.

🌿 Our Shared Promise

At the time of reservation,

a $200 refundable security deposit is charged together with the booking.

After check-out, the space will be inspected,
and if no issues are found, the full amount will be refunded.

If any damage, required maintenance, or violation of the agreed guidelines is identified,
the deposit will be returned after deducting the necessary costs.

The security deposit refund
will be processed automatically within 1–3 business days after check-out confirmation.

If any additional verification is required,
we will contact you individually using the information provided at the time of reservation.

To help preserve the warmth of this space for years to come,
we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following promises:

Only one vehicle is permitted for parking.
Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Unapproved additional guests and excessive noise are not permitted.
Kindly return all furnishings and items to their original places.
Before departure, we ask that you complete light tidying and separate waste for recycling.

📅 Cancellation & Date Change Policy

🌿 Guest Capacity Policy

We understand that plans can change.
However, as this space is reserved exclusively for one group per day,
the following policy applies:

Cancellation 14 days before check-in: Full refund
Cancellation 7 days before check-in: 50% refund
Cancellation within 6 days of check-in: Non-refundable (The same policy applies to date changes.)

One date change is permitted
up to 7 days before check-in.

Changes requested within 6 days of check-in
will follow the same terms as the cancellation policy.

Please submit cancellation requests
via email or chat.

In the event of natural disasters or circumstances that make operation of the venue impossible,
you may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled date.

To ensure a cozy and safe experience,
a maximum of four guests (including infants) is permitted.

As this space is reserved exclusively for one group at a time,
we kindly ask that you adhere to the designated guest limit.

a preservation management fee may be charged
(up to $500).

the exterior of the building is monitored at all times.

This is not for control,
but for the protection of both the space and its guests. 💜
